Tenants and Owners: Make Payments Online

Thanks to PayLease you can now make payments online!  This feature makes it easier and more efficient to make payments. When you use an e-check your payment will debit directly from your checking or savings account without incurring any fees.  Fees will apply when a credit card is used to make a payment. Avoid late fees and set-up automatic payments to debit from your account every month.  All rent is due on the first of the month and it is your responsibility to make sure you pay on time.

Please Note: Online payments will not be accepted after noon on the fifth of each month. To make a payment after noon on the fifth of the month, please come into our offices.
