We value the importance of a mutually beneficial relationship, which is why we offer a referral bonus for property management clients and tenant referrals. Property management is our only business; we do not buy or sell real estate!

Refer a Property Management Client

PropertyADVANTAGE offers a referral bonus when a Real Estate agent or broker refers us a property owner for property management. We work to maintain the excellent customer service your clients expect, while properly rewarding your referral. PropertyADVANTAGE has a variety of property management services for your clients to choose from. The referral bonus will be paid through your brokerage firm upon a signed property management contract and tenant placement and is based per owner, not per unit.. A referral bonus of $250 will be paid for a monthly rent of $2,000 and above. A referral bonus of $150 will be paid for a monthly rent of $1,999 and below. Refer a New Tenant

PropertyADVANTAGE is always in need of qualified prospective tenants. We offer Real Estate Agents and Brokers a referral bonus for properties listed by PropertyADVANTAGE on the Multiple Listing Service site. Each of our MLS listings have a commission noted. If you have a qualified tenant for a property found on the MLS, contact the listing agent to coordinate a time for you to show the property.
